The story of Catrina
Meet Catrina (62 years old). Catrina works with fun as manager at a large health care institution. It has always been her passion to take care of other and she does that with a lot of conviction and fun. The care institution, wwhere she works also has some sheltered homes. Just recently her care institution installed the SMARTBROTHER™ Home Automation system at her appartment. And despite the pressure in the healthcare, she notices that the system helps her significantly to do her job, so that she can spend a lot of time with a.o. her grandson Wilson.
Irma logt elke ochtend thuis als eerste in op het SMARTBROTHER™ Operator Center, via haar werklaptop. Het inloggen gaat simpel via een webbrowser, ze heeft er geen enkele moeite mee. Via een duidelijk overzicht krijgt ze direkt een heldere lijst van de aanleunwoningen. Alle indicatoren staan op groen, maar eentje is oranje gekleurd. Het is de woning van Herman. Het systeem heeft een afwijking gedetecteerd in de luchtkwaliteit. Hier moeten we even de nodige aandacht aangeven. Irma bekijkt het sociale netwerk van Herman en ziet dat zoon Kees inmiddels al gereageerd heeft. Ze belt even met Kees, alles lijkt in order, maar voor de zekerheid stuurt ze haar collega Anastasia langs, die toevallig in de buurt is.
